Peoria Police Issue Sex Offender
Notification The Peoria Police Department’s Family Crimes Unit (FCU) has issued the following Sex Offender Notification. Please see the narrative for information on the subject. Brandon Kyle Bowman 8509 W. Port Royale Ln Peoria, AZ 85381 Age/Edad: 27 Height/Estatura: 6’0” Weight/Peso: 210 lbs. Hair/Pelo: Brown/Cafe Eyes/Ojos: Blue/Azul Vehicle/Vehiculo: 1992 Jeep Cherokee 738KLH In 1995, Bowman (17 yoa), while under the influence of alcohol and attending a party, had sexual contact with two females, (13 and 14 yoa) who were also intoxicated and attending the party. Bowman was convicted of kidnapping in 1995, drug offenses in 2001, and failure to register as a sex offender in 2003. En 1995, el Bowman cuando diecisiete años mayores de edad y mientras bajo la influencia de licor en un partido, tenía el contacto sexual con dos hembras trece y catorce años de edad quiénes tambien fueron intoxicados y en el mismo partido.
